Purchase Prints

Overview

Nearly all images featured on SeekingFocus are for sale as prints in a variety of sizes, framed or unframed. Please email me with the date and title of the image you’re interested in and I’ll get back to you with the details.

Most images on this site (with a few exceptions, where noted) are actual printed images chemically processed from film negatives. The resulting image is then scanned, and left unprocessed, so that what you are seeing here is, as much as possible, representative of the actual image.

All work is made to order, by myself. From the release of the shutter, through development of the film, to making the print, all work is done by hand in my home studio. What you will receive is not cheap prints made by a machine in a lab, but an actual individual fine art print.

For the few digital images on this site, I use professional photo finishing and work from high-resolution digital originals with greater sharpness and color saturation than their web versions.

  • All prints are signed and dated.

  • Negative Images are printed on high quality Ilford Pearl MultiGrade IV or Agfa Ultra Multigrade. Digital images are professionally printed on Kodak Endura or Illford Professional on a Noritsu 31 photo laser printer, which is then processed with a silver halide chemical, the same as found in traditional photo labs. All prints are archival grade.

  • Mats are professionally cut, white, black-core mats and are 100% acid-free. Mats are hinged to foamcore w/archival tape. Matted-only prints come in a cellophane sleeve.

  • Frames are traditional photographic exhibition-style wooden frames, black, professionally cut and assembled by hand.

  • Framed pieces use UV protection glass or plexi.

  • Shipping & handling charges are always the actual costs of shipping from zip code 70448 in the USA to your location. Please email me for a shipping quote.

  • All work is made to order. Please allow two to four weeks for printing, framing and shipping. Please email me about rush or quantity orders. Custom work is also available, depending on needs.
