 Tyler (First Hasselblad)Published 2 March 2008 This is a special image… Not only for the subject (one of my personal favorites), but this is the very first shot taken a couple months back with my new (to me) Hasselblad 500cm. When I first held the camera in my hands it just felt right- from the first tha-whack of the curtain and leaf shutter I was instantly in love. This was the beginning of my rekindled love affair with that amazing stuff we used to call film. It was the beginning of the end of my short stint with digital… and the beginning of my rekindled love of photography. So, things might be a bit different here on SeekingFocus as I get the old weblog gears oiled up and rolling again. But bear with me and hopefully I can keep things interesting for you. I’m happy to see some of you are still hanging around after such a long silence, and I really do appreciate everyone who took time to say hello again. It’s great to hear from you all.
