 Is there anybody out there?Published 29 February 2008 Well. It’s been a while. Seems like once you peel yourself away from the damn computer for a while it’s hell to convince yourself to stare at a screen again… I thought about it quite a few times, but every time something would invariably come up. “Real life” came calling, and the halls of SeekingFocus remained silent. Then, after being gone so long it felt strange just jumping back in… what image to post? What should I put up after so long? Is anyone still listening? So I posted nothing. But today? Well, perhaps it was all those wonderful emails I have continued to receive since I’ve been away from the ‘net (Thank you!). Then I noticed this: SeekingFocus was voted a finalist is three categories in the Photoblog Awards... what every they are. I can’t seem to figure out who the judge or jury was here, but it’s humbling all the same. But really- I have to owe it to leap day. What better way to waste a day that doesn’t exist anyway? Whatever I do today can’t possibly be a waste of time since it’s just an ‘extra’ day, right? So here I am. But where to start? I have so much I’ve been saving up… lots of new projects I’ve been working on. Going through TONS on film, and the inspiration mark has been high lately… But, I guess I’ll just start at the beginning (today actually) and see where it goes. This is from earlier today… My first Polaroid 665 ever in my beautiful new 600SE. So, anyone still out there? Drop me a line. I’d love to hear from everyone again!
