Firehole Falls, Yellowstone National Park

Published 24 October 2007

So, I decided to go with something a bit simpler this evening. It’s late, I’ve been working all day and I’m not up for any particular challenge at the moment. My eyes are tired, and I’m not sure I could really tackle any color work.

So this is Firehole falls in Yellowstone, brought to you in technicolor black and white. It was just a little waterfall, not even on the map. I just came across it on the way to yet another waterfall, but found this one the be much more photographic. If you’re into falling water at all, Yellowstone is the place to see it. There’s something like 40 named waterfalls in the park, and countless others dotting the trails throughout the park.

It’s been an incredibly busy week, with no end in sight at least until after this weekend. I’ve been really neglecting my emails lately, and they just keep piling up. If I owe you an email and you haven’t heard back, don’t be offended I will certainly get to it as soon as possible. With that said, I do really appreciate hearing from everyone, as always. Keep all the comments, critiques, questions, or whatever else coming! Also, I’m a bit out of the loop on what everyone else has been up to; hope to get back to checking out everyone else’s sites again soon…
