This shot was done in southwest Texas. I drove through miles and miles of pecan groves at one point, and the quality of light was just incredible. The workers had just trimmed the trees in anticipation of spring, and were burning the branches. The smoke drifted though the lines of trees, creating a strangely veiled landscape.
