Small town, just north or Brugge, Belgium. I passed through one beautiful afternoon on an extensive bike tour from Amsterdam, Nederland to Paris, France. The trip lasted ten days. Here, just over the border into Belgium (perhaps day five or so) was the first sunny day of the entire trip.
