![]() Benny Jones Sr. and James Andrews - Tremé Brass BandPublished 8 April 2008 Here’s a follow-up to yesterday’s shot… two members of the aforementioned Tremé Brass Band, Benny Jones Sr. (left) who plays snare, and James Andrews (right) who plays the trumpet. They were a lot of fun (both to photograph and to see play) and were great sports and quite natural during a quick photo shoot after the set. Both these gentlemen have quite a lot of character and wonderful personalities… staples in the New Orleans Jazz/Brass scene. When you see a man twice or three times your ages jumping and dancing while playing such great music, it just seems a shame not to join in and dance a little… even it if is 90º in the shade!
